Grilled chicken bites with creamy garlic sauce

 

 

1. Marinate the Chicken

 

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and lemon juice.

 

Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat.

 

Let marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).

 

2. Grill the Chicken

 

Grill Pan/Stovetop: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F/74°C).

 

Outdoor Grill: Preheat the grill to medium heat (375°F/190°C). Grill the chicken bites on skewers or a grill pan for 2-3 minutes per side.

 

Remove from heat and set aside.

 

3. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

 

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

 

Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.

 

Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly.

 

Add Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.

 

4. Combine & Serve

 

Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the grilled chicken bites and toss to coat.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm over rice, pasta, or with roasted vegetables.
