Ingredients
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the evaporated milk, sugar, and salt.
Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Once boiling, continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring the entire time.
Remove from heat and immediately add the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
Stir until the mixture is silky, smooth, and fully melted.
Fold in the chopped pecans for that signature crunch.
Pour into a greased or parchment-lined 8×8-inch dish.
Let cool completely, slice into squares, and enjoy!
