Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs

Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Ribs
Pat the ribs dry and remove the thin membrane from the back if still attached. Cut into sections.

2️⃣ Make the Honey-Garlic Sauce
Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, pepper, and sesame oil.

3️⃣ Marinate
Pour the sauce over the ribs. Marinate at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.

4️⃣ Slow Cook or Bake

Oven: Cover with foil and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2 hours.

Slow cooker: Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours.

5️⃣ Caramelize
Transfer ribs to a baking sheet. Brush with sauce and broil 3–5 minutes until sticky and charred at the edges.

6️⃣ Serve
Sprinkle sesame seeds + green onions. Serve hot and sticky!
